Church, Philadelphia, 7 PM. Maundy Thursday. We didn’t go. Merrill’s appointment with Dr. Woodcock. Vi took us out. Merrill doesn’t need operation yet. Called Jim and Vern. CAPC man called. Coming tomorrow morning at 9:15 AM.

Raining some. Warm. CAPC men finished insulating house. Good job. Mark Dempster from Office of Aging here. Called Vern in evening about FHA application. Federal building in Oklahoma City bombed, 100’s killed.

Dr. Stark, 11 AM. B-12 exam. He made appointment for me with Dr. Powell for May 15 at 1:15. My blood pressure up. Weight 144 pounds. Shopped at Pharmhouse and McCory’s. Got shades and sheet set. We saw Arlene Moore and Dorothy LaClair. Good to see them. Been ages. She looks good. Had blood test.

Wrote Beulah. Rainy. Rebekah’s. I went with Ginny. Good to see everyone. 7 there. I called doctor. My last CBC was 10.9 and 33. Talked with Jolie, Jill, and Jim. Jim and Patty’s 26th anniversary.

Still rainy. The barn burned on the Wilson farm. The Indian River School just bought the farm this spring. I called Vivian. Merrill went for groceries in AM. I got Mother’s Day card from Patty. Marquette and Nancy Landaus here in evening.

Washed clothes. Made cake and lasagna. Merrill took trash and cleaned house. He mowed the lawns. June Ridsdale called. Jim called. Wants us to go to Ashley’s birthday party. Got letter from June and Vern.

Graham’s party, 1-6, Legion. I got permanent at Donna’s. We went to Graham’s party. Very nice. Their 50th anniversary. Frances Mosher, 71 is dead in Florida. June R called in evening.

Beulah goes to Bev’s. Raining all day. Car to George’s. Couldn’t find oil leak. We went to city for prymethoprim. (?) Jim called. We bought new refrigerator at Sears, $549.00.

Dr. Sommer’s, 11:45. He took x-rays. My teeth okay. Beulah goes into Strong Memorial. [Rochester] We went to Theresa to notary to sign farm papers. June R went with us. Vern called in AM.

Merrill went for groceries. Lyla was over. She took Ingalls wheel chair home. Merrill set out cabbage and tomato plants. We cleaned upstairs. Wrote Beulah in Rochester hospital, Strong Memorial. Mark Dempster called. All going well.
