38° and 34°. Mostly cloudy day. I tipped over the stool in the bedroom and landed on the floor on my back. I couldn’t get up. Bill came and lifted me onto my feet. I’m very sore but didn’t break anything. Jolie called in PM. Also Joel. Joel rescued a lady who had fallen and had been lying in the cold and snow for forty minutes. He heard her calling when he went out on her porch for a cigarette. Angie here twice. Sally three times. I went for coffee hour in morning. Jim called in evening.

Quite warm today. Cloudy. Vi here. Also Angie. Sally was here three times. I went to church out here in PM. They had the Christmas program that was postponed because of weather. The youth group and their leaders in charge. Very nice. They had cookies and juice after the program. They gave us two bags of home made cookies. Esther called from Florida. Ken had a birthday party today. It is his 88th birthday. I wished I could see him. He didn’t hear anything from Roberta or Holley. Hillary sent him a card.

60° and 47°. Warmer today. No sun. Vi here. Also Sally and Angie. They took down Christmas trees and decorations. Hate to see them go they are so pretty. Centennial meeting at 7 PM. New officers in charge for first time. I called Juanita in evening.

A cloudy day with only a little sun. Vi here. Also Sally and Angie. A woman found Sally’s glasses that blew away Wednesday in the wind. The woman was looking for her own glasses that had blown away Wednesday also. I didn’t get to Betty Schuber’s funeral. I’m still very sore after one week.
