We went to church, 87 out. Hall family all there. Halls and LaClair’s gave chalice. Communion. Kids sang. Vern and June called in evening.

Administrative Council, 7 PM. Vivian was over. Wrote Nancy and Tom Neal.

Clark and Vivian leave for Arizona at 7:05 AM. New York State passed death penalty. Raining.

Merrill took garbage. Washed clothes. Merrill was over to Linda’s. She gave me bath tub safety bar. Merrill cleaned floors.

We went to church, 45 out. Ken and Esther here in PM. Good to see them. Beautiful day.

Great day, 65°. Linda B left at 8:30 AM for Florida. Washed dark clothes. Dried them on line outside.

A just beautiful day, 70°. Wrote Trerise’s in Arizona. Joey helped Merrill trim tree by side porch.

Another great day. Roger, Gloria, and Sandy here. We went up to Quaker Snack Bar for lunch. Got letter from Nancy Neal. Elmer has part time job at Coors Beer. Merrill went for groceries in PM.

Roberta’s birthday, 43 years. I made brownies. Cooked chicken wings and chicken breasts. Got letter from Beulah.

We went to church, 41 out. Nice today. I cooked pot roast of beef.

Jim came out on his motorcycle. He has been sick with flu. Missed work 4 days. Lyla called. She is sitting with Marge Heck’s mother.

Dr. Parcinski, Dr. Ahmud, 1:45 for Merrill and I. Merrill’s glasses okay. He has a cataract on right eye. My tests better than last time. Rainy day.

Merrill’s 86th birthday. Pauline, Beulah, Lyla, Connie, Doris, and Margie Thayer came with cake and ice cream in PM. Jim, Sue, Ashley, Jolie, Shawn Michael, and Jill here in evening. Brought balloons, cake and ice cream. He got 20 cards. Great birthday. Joel called in evening.
