Sunny. I called Linda Belile. Also Rev. White. We went to Sears in PM and bought new springs and mattress. Sealy Posterpedic. Talked with Jolie. Talked with Beulah. Today was Baxter’s funeral. Beverly with him when he died. Don went to doctors but didn’t see doctor.

Gary Belile’s funeral. Merrill went. I wasn’t able. Merrill went with Clark and Vivian. Washed clothes. We called Vern and June. Merrill took 3 weeks trash. Linda, Darcy, and Brent here in evening.

New pastor, Elaine White’s first Sunday. Church 9 PM. Communion. I didn’t go. 35 out.

Beautiful day. Jim called. Jolie, Shawn Michael, and Jeff here for supper. Jolie had a miscarriage last week. Rev. Elaine white called on us in PM. Bill and Vi Mowers here in evening. Bill getting real bad.

Hot and muggy. Bad sleeping night. We joined MCI long distance telephone co. We were in Sprint.

Hot and muggy again. Merrill mowed lawns. Washed my hair.

Dr. Stark 11:45 AM. Report 2 upper GI tests okay. Says I need tests for my blood. sure tired out when I got home. Very hot and humid. Mr. Stine here while we were gone. Called in evening about insurance. Sears bringing mattress set tomorrow.

Sears brought new mattress and springs. Terrible hot and humid. Thunder storm around midnight. Merrill went for groceries. Sent Jolie birthday card, and $10.00. Debby called in evening. Don has his arm operated on Wednesday.

Merrill took garbage. Joe’s took old mattress set to dump. Washed. Vern and June called. Lyla stopped by. Had cute pictures of twins. Linda was over.

Merrill went to church, 20 out. Gloria, Roger, and Sandy here in PM. Nice visit. Talked with Jolie.. Her 23rd birthday.

We went out to Lorraine. Don and Juanita at doctors. Didn’t get back until 5:30. Don coming good. Gets around with walker. He has arm operated on Wednesday. Brenda has operation then also. We went up to Jim and Sue’s cabin. Ashley and Shawn Michael there with them having a great time. So cute in pool. Got letter from Beulah. Talked with Vi and Alice. David haying at Don’s.

Rained a little. Sure tired today.

Don has operation today. All went well. Didn’t take long. Home at 1:30. Brenda had operation. Doing okay. Debby stopped by from work. Called out to Don’s. Washed clothes. Shirley called.

I am so sore and lame today. Merrill went after groceries.

Merrill mowed lawns. I called Dr. Stark but he’s on vacation this week. Nurse said my B-12 count is low. Talked with Brenda at hospital. She is going home today. Feels good. Jim, Sue, and Ashley here for supper. Quaker Days start today.

Washed clothes. Merrill cleaned house. Called Vern and June. They have new car, 1990 Oldsmobile blue sedan. June ridsdale called in evening.

Merrill went to church, 35 out. He went over for chicken Bar-B-Q at noon. Delicious. John K brought over our cake. I wasn’t dressed all day. Doreen, Randy, and kids here in evening.

Darcy T goes to basketball school at Philadelphia Middle School this week. Got car insurance policy, $285.00 this year. Sorted through letters and papers and got rid of a lot. They collect so fast and are hard for me to sort as I can’t see them.

Rosie Gleason called this morning to say Rev. Carol’s father died of a heart attack last night. Alice F called. I called Vi. Darcy and Brent were over. Brought me a car seat that turns easy. Joey is building a deck onto garage.

Dr. Stark’s office for first B-12 shot. Very hot all day and evening. Belile’s had their driveway black topped today.

Still very hot and humid. Merrill went for groceries.

Merrill washed work clothes. Bill Mowers has hernia operation.

Rained in morning. Merrill took garbage. We washed clothes. Darcy and Brent were over to say good bye. Start back to Florida tomorrow. Rev. Elaine called. called Vi.

Merrill went to church, only 23 there. Rev. Elaine on vacation for a week. Be back August 1st.

Esther and Ken here today. They both look good. Good to see them. Lyla stopped by. Had letter from Beulah. Sent Don birthday card and letter. Ken and Esther saw Laurie Hanson and she said Marion Rockwood is very ill. In coma. Nerve disease. Her son John called.

Don’s 71st birthday. My hip very sore. I wasn’t dressed all day. Bob Boscheck loaned me a pair of crutches. Talked with Mary Hall.

B-12 shot. Lyla brough me wheel chair. Sina Shorkey stopped by with Guidepost books. Merrill mowed lawns, weeds. Sharon Patchen’s twin daughter has open heart surgery today.

Rained during night and early morning. Merrill went for groceries. Don, Juanita, and Esther here in PM. Don had been to doctors. He has to have skin grafting next Thursday. This is the first time Don has been here. We lived here 17 years. Harland Wood, 60 died this morning. Doris H called.

Dr. Parcinski, 10:45 AM. Good exam. Pressure 12 in each eye. Stopped white pill because of my anemia. Called René Cooper about Calcium Cemetery. Sent Ken and Esther note about it.

Rained. Washed white clothes. I’m very lame today. Got fire insurance policy, $195.00.

Charlie Covell preaches. Merrill went to church, 21 out. I called Jill. All okay with them. Sue’s grandmother died yesterday. Jim was at the fair all week with the Explorers.
