Dr. Siegel 10:15 AM. Took blood test and tested urine. I have kidney infection. Gave me penicillin for 10 days. UMW at Vi’s. Thelma and I on refreshipments. Carl and Marilyn Hall in town. Bill M spent evening with Merrill.

We went to church 47. Honored graduates, Susie G. Dennis L, and Sarah J. Picnic after church on elementary school grounds. 35 present. Lots of fun. Got home at 3 PM. Jim, Jill, her boyfriend, Joel and friend Alex stopped on way home from Harrisville.

Mrs. Cameron, Olive and Grant Sharp here for lunch. Debby here on way to doctor. June Digmen here to see Mrs. Cameron. Vern and June called in evening. They moved Robin to Morgantown, West Virginia last weekend. They bought a house.

Conference and Memorial at Oswego. We went with Rosie, Alice, and Mrs. Cameron. Nice service. Vern ate lunch with us at Perkins Restaurant. Robin has a job in a nursery, 2 miles from their new home. We got home at 5 PM. Merrill got Father’s Day card from Patty.

Dr. Kayani, 1:30 PM to sign papers for laser treatment. Stopped to see Aunt Maude. Merrill picked 10 # strawberries at Farrs in morning at 65¢. Went for groceries. Merrill got Father’s Day card from June and Vern. Merrill mowed some lawn.

Dr. Kayani at hospital, House of good Samaritan. 12 noon. Left eye. A long wait. Got home about 4 PM. We went to funeral home for Mary K in evening. Casket not open.

Building committee meeting. We didn’t go. We went to funeral home at Croghan for Uncle Len with Roy and Margaret Kiechle. Made cup cakes to take tomorrow. Hot today. I called Nelda and George Peterson in Canada.

Ice cream social at Mills. Jolie’s 20th birthday. Merrill took car to Sonny Automotive for new radiator. Cost $203.30. We went to Mills Social. Rain drove us inside. Army band played. Good.

Quaker Days started last night. Ends tomorrow. I took over 3 pies. Jim called. Jolie coming home Tuesday. She’s pregnant by Shawn. Sackets band took 4th place in Washington, DC. Only 80 members in band this year.

Got vitamin pill order. Dr. Sommer 12:30. He took impression. Has to send denture to Syracuse. Will be back in about 9 days. Michael was over. Merrill went over to McKeever’s. Garage coming along. Merrill ordered 15 cords of wood.
