Fast time starts. No April Fool though. Sunday School kids sang in church. We went to Sunday School 43, and church 52. Communion. Raining, cloudy day. Doris said Garmon is real bad in Lowville Hospital.

Cloudy day. We went to Lowville Hospital. Garmon not good. Only family can see him. We went to Booneville with Pauline and Abby to see Uncle Len. He looks great.

Garmon Roggie, 67 died at 4 AM. Doris called. I called Juanita and Lyla. Raining. Snowing at Lorraine and Syracuse. I baked cookies, cupcakes, and a cake.

We went for groceries in AM. Merrill got hair cut. Some snow over night. I went to UMW at Manor. Only 9 there.

Dr. Siegel at 10:00. I didn’t get to see him. He was running so late. We went to funeral home for Garmon in PM. Rebekah District meeting at Philadelphia. I didn’t go.

Palm Sunday. We went to Sunday School 42, and church 57. Sunday School got beautiful palm. Sunday School had Easter egg hunt. I called Jim about van. I called Elgin. Jim called in evening from work.

Maundy Thursday at Philadelphia 7:30. Only 25 out. We went for groceries in AM. Got a ham and turkey. Snow over night. Melted. Sunny.

Easter Sunday. No Sunday School. Easter breakfast and service at Mills, 7 AM. We didn’t go to Mills. 70 in church. Smallest turn out ever. Jim and kids here for dinner. Brought us box of candy and pictures.

Earth Day. We went to Sunday School 35, and church 40. A nice sunny day, 60°. About 50-60 bikers went by on our street this PM. Large ones. Hostage, Robert Pouhill (?), released after 3 years.

Warm and sunny. Merrill changed tire on car. He went to Horton’s for air. Melba called in evening to ay they are having Leslie’s burial on Saturday at noon at Wolcott. I called Stuart Jackson but he didn’t call back

Meeting of PPR at Mills with District Superintendent at 8 PM. 8 there. Carolyn Berry, 28 from Delaware, Ohio may be our next pastor. We went for groceries in AM. Sent Kathy card, letter, and $5.00. Wayne Huntress here in evening. Howard Hall here in evening to visit with Merrill.

We cleaned front porch. Merrill painted porch floor green. Looks nice. He went to Mills for riding lawn mower blade. $10.99 plus tax. Another hostage Frank Reed freed today.
