School starts today. Clinic. We didn’t go. Went out to hospital and had blood tests. They had ground breaking for new building at House of the Good Samaritan Hospital. Rebekah’s president visit at Antwerp.

UMW at Vi Mowers, 13 there. Jan Liscomb of Antwerp spoke on American Indian Study. Very good. Rev. Collin there. We went for groceries. Tom Ellis brought 3 cord of wood. Nice day. Warm.

Rebekah’s, 7 there. We voted on school cost increase at supper time. Passed. Rained hard in evening. Hurricane hit Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. Lots of damage.

Very warm. We went to Sunday School 41, and church 38. Warm today. Roger Rappole in church today. We took red squirrels up on cross road, 5 of them. Randy and girls came after corn. Went over town. Got sub for supper.

Hal and Kim Hall have baby girl, Kaitlin Ann. Laura’s 14th birthday. I called June. We went to Vern’s in AM. June took us to hospital in Syracuse to see Eleanor for last time. Steve and Kathy and Dan came to Vern’s in evening. We took Eleanor flowers.

Aunt Maude Haggerty’s 83rd birthday. We stopped to see her on way to Bible Study, 7 out to Bible Study. Merrill worked at Horton’s all day. Liz Horton came home from college, homesick.
