Beulah Macklin’s birthday. Baxter is in Syracuse. Beulah at home. Marg called to say Dad’s & them were coming out tomorrow. Went to show in evening.

Marg, Roy & Ethel were here for dinner & supper. Rained hard in afternoon.

We went to Gouverneur Fair. First time. Talked with Aunt Maude & Helen. Got letter from Alice.

Ethel Wagner’s birthday. Men threshed at Bechard’s. Rained in afternoon. Washed clothes. Got 2 new wash basins.

Raining. Jim & I went over town. Got letter from Marg. Merrill, Jim & I went over to Uncle Rays in evening. Mom went to Canada with Orv’s.

Friday the 13th. Uncle Rays & us went to Uncle Len’s in afternoon. We went to show in evening. Aunt Maude gave blood for Mrs. Bennett.

Raining. Talked with Aunt Maude & Mrs. Bechard.

We all went to church. Nice day. Warmer. Went to show in evening.

Finished threshing. 671 bushel. Only 2 loads to thresh this morning. Uncle Ray was here.

Awfully hot. Men helped thresh for Hardy’s. Went over to Lila’s with Aunt Maude. Drove Uncle Ray’s truck to city.

Took Vernon out home for a visit. Mother & Dad & Ronnie came home with us.

Voted in primaries. Went to city with Vi & Aunt Maude. Aunt Maude tried road test again. Went over to parsonage in evening.

Dot & Dick’s second anniversary. Awfully hot. Went to fair at Sandy Creek. Was down to Dot & Dick’s. Got Vern new bicycle at Sears. $55.50. Got home at 12:00. Uncle Ray threshed at Webb’s in Merrill’s place.

Talked with Aunt Maude, Vi, & Mrs. Kiechle. Another awfully hot day. Jim & I went to city. Got Kessel new electric razor. Got new dress & sweater & cloth for skirts. Men threshed at Rappole’s.

Anniversary party at Vi’s. Had good time but was awfully hot. Alice & Bob F. anniversary
