Merrill went up after stove. Aunt Maude & I went to city in PM. She drove (first time) Stopped at Lila’s. Helen Carl & boys were here.

Electric light men were here. Talked with Helen & Aunt Maude. Helen & Carl & boys were over in evening. Men wired up electric stove.

Got 100 pounds of sugar. $8.40. Uncle Ray was here & helped hay it. Jim & I went with Aunt Maude when she took Cheryl home. Was over town in morning.

Washed & baked. Uncle Ray was here working. Helen & Miriam arrive [Fresh Air Kids] at 6:14. Mrs. Petrie, Jim, & I met them at train. Milk tester came.

Leah & Claude went to picnic with us. Took kids to church. Went to Lodge picnic at Crystal Lake after church. 50 were there. Took kids to show in evening.

Sent Florence Yerdon birthday card. Merrill got me new rinse tubs. Don’s birthday. Washed, canned 14 quarts cherries. ($6.30 for 30 pounds frozen) Went to Antwerp with Aunt Maude to Grange meeting.

Went to Antwerp with Aunt Maude for berries. Merrill & I went to city. Are coming tomorrow to fix stove. Wrote Mom & Florence H. Got Vernon new shoes size 6. Got boys slacks. Saw Edith & Evelyn at city.
