School opens. W.S.C.S. met here in PM. Had 26. Leah, Claude & Elmer was here for birthday supper with Jim. Jim got dump truck & top. Got a coat from Angie.

Went out home for dinner. Vernon took Mom out lamp & fish. Got plums, peaches & tomatoes & apples at Greco’s. Awfully hot. Vernon got 7 baby rabbits at Mrs. Rawlings.
