Marg’s birthday. Sent letter to telephone company & Wards about water front. Dot was down. Started filling silo. Went to Lacona in evening.

Baked rolls, pies & cookies. Vernon gathered stuff in garden. Not feeling very good.

Raining again. Went over home & down to Angie’s. Mom’s bird died last night. Was 11 years old.

Went over to Dad’s for dinner. Brought the kids home.
