I called Vern’s to tell them about Bob P. June had a gull stone attack yesterday. Spent time at hospital for tests. She’s feeling better today.

A nice day. Today was Bob Puffer’s memorial at Cleveland funeral home on Sherman Street. I went with Jim and came home with June and Vern. Jill stopped by. She and some friends went to Niagara Falls after the funeral. Jolie called in morning. She and Joel didn’t come for funeral. Vi was here for paper.

A nice day. I’ve felt terrible all day. I have a pain in my left side. I called Debby and she got me in to see Catherine Colman. I have a urinary track infection. She started me on antibiotics. Jim took me to doctors.

In the hospital room 445. I’m off bed rest so can walk about. Girt Stanton came to se me. Vern and June brought me home about 4 PM. Good to be home. Vern went for groceries and antibiotics for me. They left about 6 PM. Lyla, Juanita, Jim called.

A sunny day. I slept for nine hours. My bed felt so good after those hospital beds. The Centennial Club sent me a beautiful bouquet of red carnations and baby breaths. I had called from Vern, Mary D, Juanita, Melton LaSalle, Sue B, and Jim. Also Jolie. Vi was here also Sally. She helped me make my bed. Ken and Esther’s farm case settled out of court after all these years Trust got only the 50 acres he bought in the first place years ago. Jolie called in evening.

Walter Sharp 80 years old died. He worked for Dexter Pitkin for years. He has no known relatives. His mother was Gladys.

66° and 47. A beautiful day. No rain here. Jim picked me up at noon and we went to Sonny’s for plants for cemetery. Got red geraniums, 6 @ $2.99. Very nice.
