Aunt Maude brought over wash in evening. Didn’t’ have to go to city as Dr. wasn’t in. Grandpa is in sanitarium. Jim & I went over to Aunt Maude’s. Last day of school but Vernon was sick & couldn’t go.

Bill & Dorothy have twin girls. Nancy Joan & Carol Ellen. Cold better. Did baking of pies, cookies, & cake. Went over to Aunt Maude’s in evening. Cheryl, Lila & Jim were there. Flying saucers first reported.
