Diary Entry for 12/31/2001

Still snowing. 29° and 22°. Police asks for no unnecessary travel in Jefferson and Lewis County. It cleared in afternoon and the sun peeked out for a while. Lots of snow everywhere. I talked with Lyla. Not too bad at Philadelphia. Pauline R left for Florida Friday with Donna and Howard. 2001 not too bad a year except for the attacks on the Twin Towers and Pentagon buildings. Juanita called in evening. I saw the new year in with Jolie and kids at midnight on the phone.
