A nice sunny day but quite warm. I took Para transport bus to and from down town. Dr. LaPoint 11:45 AM. She changed my blood pressure medicine. Dr. LaPoint expects her baby the 25th. She looks great. I got new taupe oxfords at Avon shoe store. Also got a take out shrimp dinner to bring home. I talked with Jill about 7 PM. Jim had called her a while before that and said they’d just got to their hotel at Nova Scotia. A good trip and beautiful country. Shawn and Shawn Michael called. Also Lyla. The Dr’s nurse called to say my bone scan was better than 2 years ago.
