Diary Entry for 3/27/1999

Sunny. Quite warm. Bob Boschock tapped our maple trees. Sap running very fast. Merrill went out and dumped 2 buckets after supper. Said it was water. He watched Bob tap them. Bob took my garage. I baked turkey breast and made fruit salad. Jolie called several times. They loaded up their U-Haul today. Moved into Fort Drum Inn for 5 days. Cost $20 a night. Has TV, frig, microwave. Jolie has bad cold. Phone 773-7777 4oom 154. Doris H called to say Everett Hagerty died this morning. Been in coma for only 3 days. Lyla called me before I called her. She still is quite sick. Sounds bad. I called Kens. Esther in Syracuse. Ken cleaning oven. They may be out tomorrow. Esther’s birthday. Esther is 76 tomorrow.
