Cold, mostly sunny. Snow from Adams north. I sent Steve birthday card, letter, and $10. There was a natural gas explosion on square at Woolworth’s. 2 men hurt. I talked with Lyla. She went to city and up to Carthage to get the stitches out of her face. The spot was benign.
