Diary Entry for 4/23/1997

Sunny and warm. In 60’s. Feels so great. I made chocolate cake. Vern and June here today. Toook us to Philadelphia restaurant to eat. We drove around Philadelphia and up to Kiechles. Mrs. Annie Kiechles 103 dies this morning. We talked with Jane’s husband and Charles. We went to Philadelphia library. I got first cassettes for impaired eyesight, Judith McNaught’s “Until You” and “Mama Get the Hammer, There’s a Fly on Papa’s Head” by Barbara Johnson.
