Diary Entry for 2/22/1997

Warm in morning but turned cold fast. Very windy. Snowed in PM. Lots of damage from winds. Power off etc. I washed clothes. We didn’t take the trash (2 bags) it was too rainy and windy. 60 MPH winds. Merrill up all night. Jim called at noon. He’s going to work tomorrow (Sunday) to replace taking off Friday to take Sue to Syracuse. Jim was on 6 PM news advising folks about the dangers from the wind damage. I made a tuna noodle casserole and roasted a roast of beef for supper.. A chipmunk got into the back room and ate D-Con rat poison.
