We went to hospital. Jim had his knee operated on. Dr. Peckham said it went well. They x-rayed Jim’s shoulder. Don was brought into hospital while we were there. He fell on ice and broke his hip. Dr. Witherington operated on him. Also gave him blood transfusion. All went well. Vern and June at hospital. Also Ken and Esther. Several people called on phone.
