Merrill & I papered back storeroom. Got hair brush from Fuller brush man, $5.60. Took Evelyn over donuts & kitchen curtains. 10° below in evening. ”
1966-01-16,Diary Entry for 1/16/1966,We went to church. We went over to Martha Pitt’s in Antwerp in PM. Watched Harlem Globetrotters on TV. Cold. Only up to 8 above all day. Washed my hair.
1966-01-17,Diary Entry for 1/17/1966,Wrote Jim & Dot Talcott. Past Grands at Carrie Thompson’s. I didn’t go as it was freezing rain & slippery. We painted in storeroom & got it settled in evening.
1966-01-18,Diary Entry for 1/18/1966,Mr. & Mrs. Art Hall’s 50th anniversary. We went to their open house in evening. Wrote Beulah Hall & Doreen. Merrill got hair cut. Got letter from June. They are coming Saturday. Washed clothes.
