37° and 26°. A mostly cloudy day. I was up to Vi’s. Esther was there also. Angie and Sally here.

A cloudy day with just a bit of sunshine in AM. I went to exercise class. Hope made copies of my interest and insurance to send into Social Services for my health Medicare insurance. I talked with Jim. He was at the mall. I started taking down Christmas decorations. Angie was here in PM.

Raining some. I got all the Christmas decorations down and stored away in closet. Got house back in order. Angie here.

Snow slurries off and on. Angie, Lila B, Esther T and Vi here. The Girl Scouts came with crafts in PM. A good turn out. I called Lila B in evening. Also Betty Schauber. Juanita called in evening. She talked with Esther tonight. Ken was having a birthday party on his 86th birthday.

A little sun in AM. Cloudy the rest of the day. I went for coffee and donuts in morning. Ellen D here in AM. Angie here in PM. I mailed order to Lane Bryant. Wont go out until Monday. Jolie called in evening. She was getting home from work.

47° and 32°. Cloudy all day. An earthquake, 3.7, was felt in St. Lawrence this AM. No damage. Angie here twice. Vi here. Also Sally. Ken and Esther fly to Florida today. I went to Centennial meeting in evening. Good turn out. Folks from Henry Keep apartments joined our club and attended the meeting.

Warmer and cloudy. I didn’t go to exercise class. Vi was here. Also Angie. Appointment with Dr. LaPoint 11:45 AM. Cheryl took me. I gave Cheryl a $25 check for Jerry’s benefit fund.

49° and 39°. Much warmer. Cloudy. Rain in evening. I got nice letter from Clark and Vivian. Also pictures. Vi here. Also Angie. Rose brought me a piece of fresh corn b read from Angie. Sue called for the prayer chain. Was for Betsy LaClair, Bill Berry, Margaret Kiechle, Kitty Hardy and Nancy Huntress.

Cloudy dark day. I collected for tickets for VIP. Cora Carr left here and was taken to Whispering Pines nursing home. She has lived here for many years. She was Rev. Bea Clarks’ sister-in-law. They shampooed our hall carpet today.

54° and 33°. Very dark, cloudy day. Some rain. I went for donuts and coffee in morning. Good turnout. I cooked a chicken leg and thigh. Also made pudding. Angie stopped by.

I signed up for a spaghetti supper for Thursday night with Girl Scouts, $5. I talked with Jim. He’s going to Jolie’s and on to Florida later this week. Be home February 7th or 8th. Angie here. We had a spaghetti dinner delivered by the Girl Scouts. Very good after we rewarmed it. Linda Beyette called. Raffle tickets selling good.

I went to church with Jim N. it was in dining hall because furnace in sanctuary not working. Vi and Dorothy went also. Vi here. Also Angie. Today was the benefit for Jerry Ashley. They had a great turn out for it. Lyla aid they cleared $4026 at party.

51° and 34°. Very icy in Clayton and in St. Lawrence County. Some schools closed. We didn’t get any dinners delivered because of icy roads. Vi here. Also Angie. I talked with Lyla. Jerry’s party a great success.

36°. Cloudy with snow flurries and rain. I went to exercise class. My appointment with Dr. Sanni. I have to go back on all drops in both eyes. Pressure 23 and 18. Sally Hamilton took me. Elgin Bowman called at noon. They are well over there. Sally and I went to see Cora Carr and Marion Williams at Whispering Pines. Angie here. I got pictures from Jolie.

Cloudy day. Sally took me for my appointment with Dr. Manlerese. He told me I have only 30% use of my kidneys. He told me not to use salt. Vi here. Also Angie.

28°. Terrible snow storm in PM and evening. We got a foot of snow. Jolie called. Jim on his way home. He left her house at 9 AM. Jolie called at 7 PM to say Jim was at Binghamton. She called again at 8 to say he was tow miles from Adams. I went to Centennial meeting. Hope wasn’t there.

24° and 9°. Cold but sunny after storm yesterday. I went to exercise class. Only ten out. We had meeting in PM with two women from Office of the Aging on new Medicare insurance. I’m in good shape with mine right now as I have EPIC.

22° and -3°. Cold but sunny all day. I didn’t go to church. I watched NASCAR from Florida and the Olympics from Italy all day. Vi here for paper. I talked with Jim. Juanita called in evening. Esther called her today. They are coming home on March 9th from Florida.

Sunny in AM but snowing in late PM and evening. Vi and Angie here. Angie got me some chicken legs and thighs $3.76. I talked with Joel today. This is his 30th birthday.

A just beautiful day. Warm. I had my recertification today. I’m to pay $2 rent in April. They paid me $1 for this year. Angie was here.

34° and 25°. I went to exercise class. Angie here in PM. I talked with Jim. Vern called in evening. He said he and June have been looing at houses. They want one on one floor. They brought their present home forty one years ago.

Terrible wind all day. Lots of damage all over. Power off a few minutes here in AM. Vi here. Also Angie. Big M gave us flowers. I got a pink and red rose. Everyone here got some.
