I got to Wolcott about 5:30. Went over to Elmer’s. President Kennedy gave speech concerning Cuban affairs.

I went to see Dr. Paul Garvey in Rochester. Melba, Christine, & Mother Tryon went with me. Raining.

Got letter from Jim. I helped Evelyn & her mother on party for Jerry & Margaret Hudson’s 25th wedding anniversary. Merrill & I went. Had wonderful time. In paper that Richard Haggerty has been made staff Sergeant after 8 years in Air Force.
