Another warm day. 83°. Jessie here to clean. Helen Kiechle called this PM. We had a great visit. She gets around with a motorized wheel chair now. I called Ken Gardner about leveling monument at cemetery. Jim called in evening. He and 3 other guys go back to Mass. In the morning until Sunday.

Partly cloudy. Warm. It is in today’s Times that Pat Brancetello, 60 years, died Monday of cancer. He was buried in a private cemetery back of his farm and house.

A very hot day. 90°, 68°. They started work on side of building by my living room window. They spend more time not working. Folks here all day from HUD inspecting building. Spent hours in office with Hope. I bet she’s tired tonight. Dr. Sanni’s office called to remind me of my appointment tomorrow.

Sunny. Nice. 79°. I took yellow cab to and from Washington Street Plaza for first time. I got my eye drops and also groceries. Jolie called in evening but her phone was run down so we didn’t talk long.

A nice day. Lyla came after me at 8 AM. Kathy drove us to Canada to Elgin’s and Carmi’s. Elgin had a delicious dinner. We got back to city at 6 PM. A great day together. Elgin played his new organ for us. Also his piano. I returned Dorothy Kellog’s call. Lidia Souva had a colonoscopy. I stopped at Philadelphia bank and got a check cashed.

Another hot day. 89°. Jessie here. We went to Big M for groceries. Vern called in AM to say they’s be here about 3 PM. They brought me nice pictures in an album he took at Merrill and Eleanor’s burial. We went shopping at Ames in the mall. We ate at Berkeaters. I talked with David and Dorothy. I got white purse, hangers, and a shower curtain liner.

Partly cloudy. 83°. Some rain in evening. Jessie here to clean. We went to Big M and Kinney’s drug store. I got stuff for colonoscopy exam preparation. Catered Barbeque here tonight at 5 PM. (Schuler’s Restaurant). Hamburgers, hot dogs, ad sausage. All free. Very good. About 65 -70 present. I called Jim. He hasn’t found me a fan yet. None anywhere. Jim and Nancy brought me fan Merrill used. Jolie called in late evening. 11:15 PM.

Sunny. Dr. Weinstein and hospital at 8:30. Colonoscopy. Vern got here and took me over to hospital. All went well. Dr. Weinstein removed a little more from around the area I had a polyp in October last year. Everything okay. I go back in two years. Vern went to store for me after lunch. He left at 3 PM. Patty called. Also Jim. Lyla called earlier.

I had a nosebleed in church and had to go to restroom. First one in ages. Jill and Shane here in PM. Donna Ellis called in evening. She offered me a ride to Oswego tomorrow. Katrina has entered Oswego College and Marty has started at Plattsburgh. A new four track race track has opened at Beaver Falls in Lewis County.

June and I had a nice visit. Juanita called in late evening. Jericho is with her this week. He tore his ear almost off at play at his day care. They were able to sew it back on and he is doing great.

Very humid and warm. I finished packing my suitcase. It is hard to know what to wear this time of year. Jim came after me about 4 PM. We ran into rain at Sandy Creek and it poured all the way and into the evening. Jim and Vern went over to Dan’s so Jim could see his place before Jim left at 10:30. It was still raining.

Jordan’s 2nd birthday party. Jordan and Lydia spent part of forenoon with us. They are such sweet little kids. The party was at Dan and Robin’s at 4 PM. Jut family. A lovely meal and a great time. Jordan was so happy and excited about all of it. I gave him a remote car and he loved it. We went to Syracuse mall so June could pick up her new sewing machine. Vernon made a huge sand box for Jordan and Lydia.

Cool but nice day. I went to church with June and Vern. They brought me home I PM. We ate lunch at Bob Evans. We stopped at Ken and Esther’s flee market. Ken not doing too well. Good to see him. Their flea market closes 1st of October. We drove by Oswego Speedway. There were cars and campers everywhere. A huge crowd for the races all week.

A beautiful Labor Day. Sunny and not too hot. I washed some clothes. Jill called in evening looking for her dad. She wanted to take us out to eat for his birthday. She couldn’t get him on his cell phone so he probably was riding his bike. I watched the Jerry Lewis Telethon most of the day.

68° and 48°. Great day. On cool side. I got thank you pooh bear card from Jordan and family. I played Pedro in evening. We had four tables. Good to be playing again. I mailed in absentee ballet. I voted for Carolyn Fitzpatrick. I called Jolie but got her answering machine. She called back later but had to go put Madison to bed so we didn’t get to talk long. I talked with Madison. They have a new large trampoline.

Another great day. Exercise class starts for fall session. 9:30 – 10:15 AM. Only 7 showed up. We need three more. Vi called in PM. Ginny Delles is over here in hospital. She was coughing up blood. Mayor Butler called in evening asking me to vote for his son on m absentee ballot. I voted for Mrs. Fitzpatrick. We don’t need the mayor’s son joining their clique. Jim called in evening. He leaves for Boston with the “Road Dogs” tomorrow. In two weeks he goes to Delaware.
